themeless no. 30

this is themeless no. 30 or, as i like to call it, "the therapy puzzle". how have you been lately? did you know you should still be wearing daily sun protection even during the winter? :) did you know you should be using sun protection on your lips? they r also made of skin :) 

i feel happy and lucky to be here, and would have liked to have been here before now. a couple times, at least. no matter how often i tell myself 'don't let the perfect be the enemy of the done', it's incredibly hard to hear that advice when i feel i have no excuse to post anything other than unimpeachable puzzles here. 
guess the fuck what? this puzzle isn't perfect lmao. i'm posting it anyways because who's gonna stop me!!!! anyways. i digress. i'm glad you're here, too. thanks for continuing to be on this ride with me. 

while you're here: these puzzle 4und abortion is on the horizon. please (continue to) do everything you can for a permanent ceasefire and to support the people of palestine (and sudan, and congo). be kind to yourselves and to others. i don't think anyone is having an easy go of it. hell is not other people.

edited to add: i just had a thai iced tea lemonade and i am not the same woman i was when i made this puzzle. life is such a beautiful gift.
